Miso Brussels Sprouts 

These Miso Brussels Sprouts can really be a game changer to those who aren't a fan of them. The miso gives brings out a savory, umami flavor that guarantees there won't be any leftovers.

Ingredients:

2lbs of Brussels Sprouts - Shredded
3-4 tablespoons Olive Oil
Salt
4 oz. Instant Miso Soup – No Tofu 

Directions:

In a cast iron skillet heat Olive Oil over medium heat add Brussels Sprouts and salt. Cook Brussels Sprouts, stirring frequently, until cooked down (about half of the size). Once Brussels Sprouts are cooked stir in Instant Miso Soup until combined.
