Pro tip:

*Any type of brie will work for this recipe; however, triple cream brie is the best for baked brie. Triple cream brie has the highest percentage of butterfat, making it the creamiest and best for melting. A double cream brie is great if you want to serve it as a stand-alone brie or sliced in a dish. Whereas a single cream brie will dry out when you bake it, so it is best to eat it as is. Single cream brie isn’t a real “recipe brie” as it doesn’t melt well and holds its shape even at room temperature. It is best used in cheese boards and with wine pairings.
