Cinnamon Chia Pudding is a super easy breakfast I love to make on Sunday nights to get ready for the work week. Before work I divide this delicious cinnamon chia pudding evenly between four or five mason jars in the morning top it with whichever toppings I have on hand and head out the door. I hope you enjoy my version of chia pudding.

Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chia seeds

Toppings:
strawberries
raspberries
blackberries
shaved coconut
mint

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract whisk until combine.

  2. Add chia seeds and stir until combined.

  3. Place bowl in fridge until cinnamon chia pudding has set up, (minimum two hours).

  4. Once cinnamon chia pudding is set divide evenly between 4 to 5 containers.

  5. Garnish with your selected toppings.

Pro Tip:

*Allow to set up in the fridge overnight night for best results.
